BE IT RESOLVED that CDP, LLC a U.S. Virgin Islands limited liabilify company in good
standing (the "Comp&fly"), does hereby make, constitute and appoint KEVIN A. RAMES, ESQ.,
of Suite 3,2lll Company Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820, as its true and
lawful Agent, and in the name, place and stead of the Manager of the Company, Agent is granted
the authority to represent the Company before the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and
Natural Resources and before the Legislative and Executive Branches of the Government of the
Virgin Islands to initiate and to complete the application tbr and acquisition of a Usc Variance for
that certain piece and parcel of real estate designated Plot 295 D-2 of Estate Barren Spot,
Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands to allow for the construction and operation of a
warehouse and self-storage facility on the Ptoperty, with all requisite authority to exccute and deliver
any and all documents required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
