Draft Rl and Remedial Alternatives Memo
Tutu Well Site, U.S.V.I.
In the cover letter accompanying the Endangerment Assessment, (attached), it is
indicated that the draft Rl and Remedial Alternatives Memo are due to ERA by
September 30.
During our August 16 conference call with you, COM, VIDPNR, ERA ORC and G&M,
it was agreed that these draft reports would by submitted by October 13, which is 30
business days (less holidays) from August 30. This memo confirms our telephone call
of today that the appropriate due date remains as October 13.
