Allied
Council of
Ambassadors
an
order saying
that
Bulgaria
must
ba
complately
dis-
armed.
Within
one
month,
says
the

der,
the Bulgarian
‘sovernment
must
dis-
miss,
its Gendarmes
and frontjer guards.
leaving for these
services
only volunteers
who number
about
4,700.
The
Govern-
ment replied it
was iinpossible
to execute
the order
without
throwing
the
country
into anarchy.
