Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29,Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing

the zoning designation of Plots No. 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, and 109 Estate Nisky (Subbase), 
4 
Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 2.378 combined acres, as shown 
5 
on survey drawing B9-277-T70, from C (Commercial) to P (Public).
