We would like to ask the following clarification questions, if allowed: 
 
1. Section J, #5 - Project References: Due to COVID-19 would GVI accept project references without 
a notarization?   Yes, this will be waived  
2. Section J, #7 - Cost Proposal: Section E refers to submission of the bid via email. However, this 
requirement outlines hard copy submission of the cost proposal. Would GVI please clarify if full 
submission of the requirements proposal and cost proposal via email is acceptable?  
 Yes, please submit all components of the proposal electronically  
3. Software Minimum Requirements #65: Does holding an ISO 27001 certification conducted 
according to the requirements in ISO 17021 satisfy this software requirement? 
Yes, an ISO 27001 conducted according to the requirements in ISO 17021 satisfies the software 
requirement for #65.
