As you may recall, in December, 1993, a Soil Remediation Plan
was submitted to EPA on behalf of L'Henri, Inc., for approval. To
date, we have not received comments or approval concerning the
plan. As we have discussed, my client has requested permission to
perform this remediation many times and is anxious to begin this
work. Please let us know if there is any further information which
would aasist in your favorable review of our request.
