Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the

Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John, Virgin Islands, is amended by 
3 
changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 25 Remainder Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A 
4 
Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.88 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown 
5 
on OLG No. D9-8569-T011, dated June 24, 2011, and Parcel No. 25B Estate Susannaberg, No.

17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.92 U.S. acres, more or less, as

shown on OLG No. D9-8569-T011, dated June 24, 2011, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density)
