Building located at 3274 Estate Richmond, St. Croix.

QUESTION # 1: 
 
Will there be clarification on Seer rating? 
 
Answer:  Yes, There Air Conditioners should have a 16-seer rating. 
 
QUESTION # 2: 
 
 Will there be clarification on specific A/C Manufacturer? 
 
Answer:  All Air condition units shall be Trane or equal. A.C unit must be 
approved by DPW engineer before installation. 
 
QUESTION #3: 
 
Will a plan view of the main building be provided with the square footage 
dimensions as discussed in the pre-bid meeting? 
 
Answer:  At this moment we do not have a floor plan available, but I must 
emphasize that the area of the building is 6,336 S.F. 
 
QUESTION #4: 
 
Do subject contractors get paid 50 percent down or do they do the job up 
front? 
  
Answer:  No. Payment is rendered upon project completion.
