BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:



SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is

hereby appropriated out of any available funds in the Public Services Commission

Revolving Fund for Fiscal Year October 1, 2000 to September 30, 2001 to the Public

Services Commission.
