Commissioner Designee Valdamier O. Collens would like to advise the public that the Department 
is experiencing technical difficulties with the phone system.  Our after-hours/night” mode is unable 
to be deactivated.  A service call to Innovative was sent out requesting an urgent response to 
resolving this issue.  In the meantime, if you know the extension of the person you are calling, you
