Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 16, section 274, subsection (f),

paragraph (11) is amended after “director” by inserting “in whom the administrative 
3 
management of the duties and responsibilities of the Commission under this subsection are 
4 
vested”.
