Re: Multi Year Lease Agreement Between the Government of the Virgin Islands,

acting through the Department of Property and Procurement and Tropical

Marine, Inc.



Dear Senate President Potter:



Transmitted herewith for ratification by the Thirty-Sixth Legislature, in accordance

with the provisions of Title 31, Section 205, subsection (c), Virgin Islands Code, is the Lease

Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands, acting through the Department of

Property and Procurement and Tropical Marine, Inc.



The agreement is to lease the following:



a. Parcel No. 37-1 Estate Nadir, No. 2 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, United States

Virgin Islands, consisting of 20,908.8 U.S. sq. ft. or 0.48 U.S. acres more-or-less, and

depicted on Exhibit A, Public Works File No. G3-103-T63, a copy of which is attached;

and



b. A portion of unsurveyed Estate Nadir, No. 2 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, U.S.

Virgin Islands, consisting of 7,083 U.S. sq. ft. or 0.163 U.S. acre(s) of land more-or-

less, and is shown on P.W.D. File No. D9-3897-T87, Exhibit “B,” with further

delineation on a Map Geo aerial image



The aforementioned shall be used by Tropical Marine, Inc. for the operation of a retail

shop, commercial spaces, marine engine repair shop, the import and sale of goods,

parking lot, and for other related purposes.
