Notice is hereby given that there will be a Regular Meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services

Commission on Tuesday August 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the PSC’s Conference Rooms located at

No. 1003 Estate Ross, Suite 4 (Barbel Plaza), St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and No. 2 Estate

Carlton, Suite 2, Frederiksted, Croix U.S. Virgin Islands.



The Commission will conduct the meeting via Zoom Video Conference commencing at 10:00 a.m.

with invited agenda participants. The public is invited to observe the meeting in person or view it live

on YouTube, @virginislandspublicservice1965. Due to the logistics of videoconferencing, there may

be brief delays between agenda items to permit reorganization of participants.
