Fugitive from the State of Texas was Arrested at Cyril E. King Airport 
St. Thomas, USVI - On Sunday August 13, 2023, Allen Eugene Hall was taken into custody 
by the Criminal Investigation Bureau after being advised that Custom Border Patrol (CBP) 
had him in their custody at Cyril E. King Airport. An NCIC check revealed that Hall is 
wanted out of the State of Texas for a warrant hearing regarding a Sexual Assault count I and 
Sexual Assault count II. 
Mr. Allen Eugene Hall, age 29, was arrested, booked and processed. No Bail was set in this 
matter. This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Any
