The US Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (the “Authority”) has retained Fiscal Strategies 
Group, Inc. (“FSG”) to serve as its independent registered municipal advisor effective August 1, 
2021. 
 
The Authority is represented by and will rely on FSG to provide advice on proposals received from 
financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities. David Paul, President, is

By publicly posting this written disclosure, the Authority intends that market participants receive 
and use it for the purpose of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the US
