Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the 
2 
Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2024 
3 
through September 30, 2025, to the Virgin Islands Board of Elections for operating expenses 
4 
and any other related costs.

SECTION 2.  The sum of $2,500,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the 
6 
Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2024 
7 
through September 30, 2025 to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections for operating expenses 
8 
and any other related costs.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill appropriates $2,750,000 from the General Fund of the Treasury of the

Government of the Virgin Islands, of which $250,00 is appropriated to the Virgin Islands Board

of Elections and $2,500,000 is appropriated to the Elections Systems of the Virgin Islands for 
9 
the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.
