Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



To provide pupil transportation services,

scheduled in accordance with the



ABRAMSON ENTERPRISES, applicable school year calendar to

students residing in the St. Croix School

District.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision in Contract P020DOEC17 and subject to the

appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the

U.S. Virgin Islands, Department of Education exercises its first option to renew and does hereby

renew the aforementioned contract for the period October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018 at a cost

not to exceed Four Million, One Thousand Eight Hundred Five Dollars and Four Cents

(34,001,805.04).



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of PO2Z0DOECI7 affected shall continue in full force

and effect.
