Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 27 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 9, section 305b is amended as

follows:

(a) 
Subsection (c), paragraphs (1) and (2), strike “18” and insert “21”; 
4 
(b) 
Subsection (d), strike “18” and insert “21”; and 
5 
(c) 
Subsection (e), strike “18” and insert “21”.
