Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services

a. Reviewing, drafting, and rendering

contracts, leases, agreements,

correspondence and other legal

documents;



b. Assisting with preparing witnesses or

other testifiers for legislative hearings;

and



c. Advising the Governor and other

senior staff of the Office of the

Governor on legal matters.



2. Such other legal and advisory

services as may be necessary or agreed

upon.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision of Contract No. PO29O0OGT 22, and subject to the appropriation

and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S, Virgin Islands,

Office of the Governor exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract

for the period May 16, 2022 to December 31, 2022, at the stipulated cost therein.



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect.
