Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:



SECTION 1. The sum of $300,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September

30, 2024, from the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund to the University of the Virgin

Islands for the construction of two sheds at John Brewers Beach, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.



Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2023.
