Notice is hereby given that the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission will hold its Regular

Meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission's conference rooms

located at No. 1003 Estate Ross, Suite 4 (Barbel Plaza), St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and No.

2 Estate Carlton, Suite 2, Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.



The Commission will conduct the meeting via Zoom Video Conference. The meeting's

commencement time will be announced by the Commission and communicated to invited agenda

participants. Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting in person or watch the live

stream on YouTube at @virginislandspublicservice1965. Please note that, due to the logistics of

videoconferencing, brief delays between agenda items may occur to allow for the orderly

transition and reorganization of participants.
