Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. BORDER PATROL UNIT FOR VIRGIN ISLANDS.

Not later than September 30, 2005, the Secretary of

Homeland Security shall establish at least one Border Pa-
5
trol unit for the Virgin Islands of the United States.
