Governor Kenneth E. Mapp will be traveling out of the Territory 
on Tuesday
 afternoon for meetings with Arclight Capital Partners, majority owners of Limetree Bay Terminals on St. Croix, and Island Global Yachting, which operates Yacht Haven Grande and American Yacht Harbor on St. Thomas. The Governor will return to the U.S. Virgin Islands on 
Friday, June 15
. The Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Julio Rhymer, will serve as Acting Governor until 
Thursday, June 14
 when Lieutenant Governor Osbert E. Potter returns to the Territory.
