Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map

No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No.14-
3 
Rem. Estate Carolina, Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of approximately 2.309 U.S. 
4 
acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-6941-T001 dated February 23, 2017, from R-2 
5 
(Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
