EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION

Marketing Research and Management, Inc. | Manufacturing and Purchasing of (10)

d/b/a Atlantic Bus Sales Medium Duty Buses:



Pursuant to the renewal option provision, Contract No. PC16,DPW13 above mentioned contract, and

as. reinstated by Contract No.PCogoDPW15 , and subject to the appropriation and allotment of

necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U-S..Virgin Islands, Department of

Public Works exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew its option to. purchase additional



buses as Outlined in the aforementioned. contract for the period August 6, 2018 to August 6, 2019, at

the rate stipulated cost therein.



By this. exercise of renewal option, the Government hereby agrees to purchase 10 additional buses.

with the same specifications.as the vehicles purchased under Contract No. PC161DPW13.



The price of the Option Buses shall be the unit price of the base order vehicles, (Base Order price)

adjusted by multiplying the base order price by the



Latest Published Preliminary Index Number Prior to Noticé of exercise of Option/ Index Number on

Effective Date of the Contract. Thus, the Government shall purchase the 10 option buses at the following

rates:
