EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION



Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



The Contractor shall provide specific iMart

technology software solutions to continue to

operate, update, and host the State Longitudinal

Data System (“SLDS”), referred to as the Virgin

Islands Virtual Information System (“VIVIS”)



OTIS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS, INC.



and to supply technical assistance services.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision in Paragraph 2 of Contract No. P0O1ISDOET19, and subject to the

appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S.

Virgin Islands, Department of Education exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the

aforementioned contract for the period June 6, 2019 to June 5, 2020, at the stipulated a cost. of Three

Hundred Sixty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Forty Dollars and Zero Cents.



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect.
