Improvements).  If possible, I would like to request the Appendices related to RFP-046-T-
2020 (P) - Phase I Drainage Improvements to Smith Bay.

1. Includes providing a complete existing conditions analysis, Topographic Survey, Land/Parcel Survey and 
establish the public Right-Of-Way. 
2. Includes the preparation of all documents and reports required for environmental compliance.  
3. Includes narrative explaining the intended design and expectations, detailed scope of work, implementation 
plan, detailed projects costs, and schedule.  
4. Includes the preparation of final PS&E for the receipt of bids including proposed ROW plans, utility 
coordination, and preparation of all required permit applications.
