Question:

Can you provide clarification on the difference between number of facilities (132)

and assets (39,500) in 2017 compared to facilities (72) and assets (9,161) in 2019?



Response:



Since 2017, we have been granted approval by the US Department of Education

to retire all assets valued under $500 and assets that have aged beyond the

suggested useful life. Subsequently, this reduction has affected the number of

locations with federal fixed assets.
