Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 21 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 16 is amended by striking

both occurrences of “$220,000” and inserting “$450,000” and striking “$40,000” and inserting 
3 
“$100,000”.
