Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. STZ-9 is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No. 19-1-2-8 Estate 
3 
Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 
4 
approximately 3.0 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-9375-T019, from A-2 
5 
(Agriculture) to B-3 (Business Scattered), with a use variance for agricultural use and water

delivery service.
