Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:



SECTION 1. The following sum is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury

of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the School Construction, Maintenance and Capital

Fund during the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.



0100 GENERAL FUND FY 2024

SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND CAPITAL FUND = $5,000,000

TOTAL 0100 -GENERAL FUND $5,000,000
