ORDER



WHEREAS, on September 9, 2014, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission

(hereinafter “PSC” or the “Commission”) received and Application from Diageo USVI, Inc.

(hereinafter “Diageo”’) seeking certification as a Qualifying Facility on St. Croix, United States

Virgin Islands; and



WHEREAS, on September 29, 2014, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission

held a Special Meeting in both its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix; and



WHEREAS, the Commission received testimony from its Technical Consultants, and

representatives of Diageo; and



WHEREAS, after review and deliberation the Commission voted to approve Diageo’s

Application for certification as a Qualifying Facility on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands;

and



NOW THEREFORE, the Commission ORDERS:



The Application for Diageo USVI, Inc. for certification as a qualifying facility is

APPROVED.
