ROLE OF NONRESIDENT MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board considered the role of Board members who are not



resident in the Virgin Islands; and after extended discussion the



Board asked that a letter be written to the Governor outlining



advantages to the College and ne the Board of Trustees in having



@ small number of members not resident in the Virgin Islands who



might through their expertness in the field of education contribute



effectively to the deliberations of the Board.
