d/b/a VI E-CELL BROADBAND VI_| (WAN) broadband bandwidth and

internet services to the V.I.



Department of Education’s eligible

schools and support offices in

accordance with the federal E-Rate

Program



Pursuant to the renewal option provision, PCO80DOE14 above mentioned contract, and subject

to the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government

of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Department of Education exercises its second and final option to

renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period July 1, 2017 to June 30,

2018 at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety One

Dollars and Twenty Cents, ($216,991.20).

All the terms, covenants, and conditions of PCOS0DOE14 affected shall continue in full force

and effect.
