Outlook [EXTERNAL MAIL] “CCZP0108-25 From Hermina Joseph Date Fri 2/20/2026 12:44 PM To Leia LaPlace DPNR PUBLIC MEETING  Additional questions: Our household (394Estate Whim)has experienced sewage odor carried by wind because of the overflow and malfunction of the VIWMA pump station at 310A whim. We are concerned that this problem may be exacerbated by commercial medical property in a residential zone.  We respectfully ask that these impacts be fully evaluated before any approval is granted. I respectfully would like to ask the following questions: What type of sewage/wastewater system will be used, and is it designed for commercial use rather than a single-family home If there is a sewage failure or backup, who is responsible for correcting it and preventing impacts to neighboring homes? How will medical or biohazard waste be handled to avoid neighborhood impacts? 1. Which agencies inspect and monitor the facility for ongoing compliance once it’s operating? 2. What plans are in place in the event of a disease outbreak or spread which may impact the community or nearby residences? 3. Since the area is currently residential zoned and has been quiet. How will the facility manage noise created by unruly or aggressive behavior of residents and vehicles especially during the night? 4. Is there any planned program in place to sensitize or educate residents of the impact of a commercial medical facility in their community? Thank you for accepting my questions and concerns  Best Regards Hermina Joseph  Caution: This e-mail has originated outside of GVI network.
