Facility Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Title 30 of the

Virgin Islands Code



ORDER



WHEREAS, this matter is before the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission

(“Commission” or “PSC”) on Aeronautica Wind Development’s application for certification as a

Qualifying Facility pursuant to Chapter 2 of Title 30 of the Virgin Islands Code; and



WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the application; and



WHEREAS, Aeronautica Wind Development has previously requested and received

continuances in this matter’s scheduling; and



WHEREAS, Aeronautica Wind Development has notified the Commission that it wishes

to withdraw its petition at the present time;



NOW THEREFORE, the Commission finds and orders:



1. That the application of Aeronautica Wind Development is deemed withdrawn and this



docket is ordered closed.

2. Staff is directed to prepare and submit a final assessment in this matter for the next



Commission meeting.
