Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official

Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning 
3 
designation for Plot No. 140-H Estate St. George, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, 
4 
consisting of approximately 0.334 U.S. acres as more fully shown on OLG Drawing No. D9-
5 
6672-C020 dated March 30, 2020, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family)

to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
