GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION IN RE: Docket No. 645 WIND FARM BOVONI BAY, LLC APPLICATION Order No. 61/2015 FOR CERTIFICATION AS A QUALIFIED FACILITY Nee Smee Nee” Neer See” ORDER WHEREAS, on March 16, 2015, Wind Farm Bovoni Bay, LLC (hereinafter “Bovoni ay”) filed an Application for certification as a qualified facility with the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “PSC” or “Commission”); and WHEREAS, on June 29, 2015, the PSC’s technical consultants, Georgetown Consulting Group, Inc., (hereinafter “GCG”’) submitted its Report and Recommendations to the Commission; and WHEREAS, on June 30, 2015, the Commission met in regular session at both its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, on upon review and deliberation the Commission voted to accept GCG’s Report and Recommendations, grant Bovoni Bay qualifying facility status and further direct the applicant to submit progress reports at a minimum of sixty (60) days and more frequently as appropriate; and NOW THEREFORE, the Commission ORDERS that: 1. The Report and Recommendations of its technical consultant is ACCEPTED. 2. The Bovoni Bay Application for certification as a qualified facility within the United States Virgin Islands is GRANTED. 3.
