NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF PHOENIX FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY, LTD. Lieutenant Governor Osbert E. Potter, in his capacity as Commissioner of Insurance and Liquidator of Phoenix Fire and Marine Insurance Company, Ltd. (“Phoenix”), is now in the final phase of liquidating the assets of Phoenix. If you believe that you may have a valid outstanding claim against Phoenix for losses suffered, unearned premiums or some other valid claim which entitles you to receive payment from Phoenix, please contact the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Division of Banking and Insurance (“Division”), for more information about how you may obtain payment. Please be advised that claimants are not entitled to receive payments for claims which have already been settled and paid in full.
