Q: Are we required to bid on all items? If so, we believe that this procurement is anti-

Competitive. We are agents for computer products and peripherals, but, not copiers.

Since the majority of the items in this bid are for computers and peripherals that we can

Supply, we would be excluded from award because we don’t supply copiers. Therefore, if

We are required to bid on all items, we respectfully request the P&P break this

Procurement into two procurements — one for copiers and one for computers and

Peripherals.



A: The vendor is allowed to state "no bid" if they are unable to supply a particular line

Item. Multiple awards may be issued pursuant to the code.



All other terms and conditions remain the same.
