RETIREES RECEIVED ADDITIONAL VI LOTTERY BONUS FOR 2021 
   
GERS Administrator/CEO, Austin L. Nibbs, advises the retirees who received the annual V.I. Lottery Bonus for 
Fiscal Year 2021, as promised, the additional net bonus payments under Act No. 8578 were paid this week. 
The additional net bonus payment for Fiscal Year 2021 of $98.30 was paid to 7,260 retirees. The 
Gross amount is $126.30 less federal withholding tax of $28.00.  
  
The beneficiaries of the deceased retirees who received the annual V.I. Lottery Bonuses for Fiscal 
Year 2021, will receive their net payments after the due diligence protocol is completed.  
 
The net bonus payments were paid in the same manner that the regular annuity payments are
