Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 20 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 3a, the

Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works, on behalf of the Government 
3 
of the Virgin Islands, may accept into the public road system the following roads: John B. Berry 
4 
Road, Armstrong Road, DeCastro Road, and Rocky Road, all located in West Caret Bay, St. 
5 
Thomas.
