Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or as so much of it as may be necessary, is

appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, 
3 
supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Virgin Islands Waste 
4 
Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.
