Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing

the zoning designation of Plot No. 34-A Estate Two Brothers and Smithfield, West End 
4 
Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.2296 U.S. acre, as described on Drawing No. 
5 
4912 from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
