 The VIBNL New Office Location, Current Office Hours, and Contact 
Information Announcement 
 
St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands (March 10, 2021) Virgin Islands Board of Nurse 
Licensure (VIBNL) Vice-Chair, Ophelia Powell-Torres, would like to inform the public of 
our new office location and current office hours. 
 
The Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure is now located at the Medical Foundation 
Building, Suite #206. To complete our moving process, the Board Office will provide 
limited service to the public beginning 3/10/2021 – 3/12/2021.The Office will resume 
regular hours, 8:00am-4:00pm Monday- Friday on 3/15/2021.
