Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, subsection 
2 
(a), a zoning use variance from the P (Public) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 24B 
3 
Estate Body Slob, King Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 2.0002 U.S. acres as 
4 
shown on Survey Drawing 5394 and Plot 24D Estate Body Slob, King Quarter, St. Croix, 
5 
consisting of approximately 0.9182 U.S. acres, as shown on Survey Drawing 5394, to allow 
6 
for a bus and passenger terminal. All other requirements of the P (Public) zoning designation 
7 
continue to apply to the property.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill provides for a zoning use variance from the P (Public) zoning designation for

Plot Nos. 24B and 24D, Estate Body Slob, King Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, to allow for 
11 
a bus and passenger terminal. All other requirements of the P (Public) zoning designation 
12 
continue to apply to the property.
