Response: The RFP was cancelled due to a lack of competition



Will DPP be able to provide feedback to respondents on previously submitted proposals

for RFP-036-T-2019 (P)?



Response: The RFP was cancelled and therefore no feedback can be provided.

Will the same scoring sheet be used?



Response: No; we will utilize the existing Score Sheet provided by Department of

Property & Procurement.



Are respondents required to have a minimum of the 5 positions listed (Project

Manager, Engineering Lead, Experience Lead, Creative Lead, and SME)? If so,

is the expectation that no one person be assigned to multiple rolls?



Response: The 5 positions are not required but bidder must clearly demonstrate that the

following is defined for positions on this contract.



1. Leadership Roles

2. Development & Maintenance Roles

3. Content/Subject Producer Roles



Page 6 of the Instructions requires that references by notarized. Is there any other

possible way to verify consent? Our clients are located across the country and may not



have ready access to a notary. For instance, would you accept a scanned signed letter on

letterhead?



Response: Yes, Property and Procurement will accept a scanned signed letter on

letterhead



Would it be possible to submit our response electronically?



Response: The Department does not accept electronic submissions of Proposals



Is there a budget maximum for this procurement??



Response: The Department of Human Services will make a cost estimation for this

project when we are better informed of what is practical and reasonable in this instance.

8. Will only one award be made or is there thought to splitting the award?

Response: The GVI will make one (1) award for this project to one contractor.

9. Do you intend to pay by government credit card, ACH or check?



Response: The government encourages all its vendors to register with us for ACH

payment, however alternatively a paper check can be issued per invoice.
