I. I am a citizen of the United States, I am over the age of eighteen years and not a party to

or interested in the above entitled matter.

I. I am an authorized representative of V.I. Source, Inc., an Internet newspaper of general

circulation, printed and published daily in the US Virgin Islands.

Il. That the notice of publication was distributed in the V.I. Source on a continuous daily basis

beginning February 20, 2026 and ending on February 27, 2026, inclusive. Attached hereto is a

copy of the electronic newspaper publications for The St. Thomas Source, St. Croix Source and



St. John Source for the first day of publication and the last day of publication. Further affiant sayeth
