Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 415, subsection (b), 
2 
paragraph (6), subparagraph (A), is amended by adding at the end of the subparagraph: “All 
3 
board members are appointed to a three year term, and may serve until their successor is 
4 
appointed.”

BILL SUMMARY

This bill adds a three year term of service for members of the Physical Therapy Board.
