a declaration
of option,
provided
only that, if he does
not even

he shall in the course

12 months after naving made

ration,
take up kis residence
in Denmark.
As to opting persons
not residing
in Ger-
nany, dispensation
with the requirement
of settlement
in Denmark
may,
however,
be obtained from
the
Miuiscry
of
Home
Affairs unless
the person
in
qugstion
is
possessed
of eitizenshin also in the
coun-
trye where
he is residing.
Any
person
who,
according
to
the
above,
wishes
to make
a
declaration
of
option, will have
to
apply
personally
or
in writing to
the
Royal
Danish
Consu-
late at St. Thomas
before
December
the
31st
1921, where further particulars
will
be
given.
